4. Product Information and Usage Warnings

4.1 Product Safety

  • BOVENCY products are personal-use perfume and cosmetic items.
  • Perfume and cosmetic products may cause sensitivity depending on the user.
  • Allergic reactions vary from person to person; the user is responsible for testing the product before use.
  • Products must not be applied to the eyes, irritated skin, or open wounds.
  • Products should be kept away from fire and high heat.

4.2 Allergy Responsibility

  • Each user is responsible for evaluating their own allergy risks.
  • BOVENCY is not liable for allergic reactions that may occur in users.

4.3 Packaging and Batch Codes

  • BOVENCY reserves the right to change packaging colors, designs, or batch codes due to production continuity.
  • Such changes do not affect product quality.

5. E-Commerce, Orders, Payments, and Shipping

5.1 Order Confirmation

  • Orders placed through the Website become valid only after being confirmed by the Company.
  • Stock availability may vary.

5.2 Payment Methods

  • Credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods offered by the Company may be used.
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

5.3 Pricing

5.4 Shipping and Delivery

  • Once orders are handed over to the courier company, delivery times become the courier’s responsibility.

5.5 Damaged or Missing Products

  • If the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, a formal report must be issued with the courier.
  • Damage claims without a report may be rejected by the courier company.

6. Returns, Right of Withdrawal, and Exchanges

6.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • The user may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without any reason.
  • However, perfume and cosmetic products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene regulations.

6.2 Eligible Return Cases

  • Unopened and unused products
  • Incorrect products sent by the Company
  • Products damaged during delivery (report required)

6.3 Return Procedure

  • The user must notify the Company of the return request.
  • Approved returns must be sent with original packaging and all included components.
  • No refund will be issued before the returned product reaches the Company.

6.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is approved.
  • Bank processing times are not under the Company’s responsibility.

  • The Company is not responsible for the content or policies of these websites.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOVENCY is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, or personal injury arising from the use or inability to use the Service or Products.
  • The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

11. “As Is” Disclaimer

  • The Service and Website are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
  • No guarantee is given regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

12. Governing Law

13. Dispute Resolution
